Fiction book featuring characters called hitch , blade and some asian guy?

I read a book somewhere between 1999 and 2004 about this band of warriors: hitch who uses guns , blade who uses knives some asian martian artist and i think one hunter , Rouge kind of guy. it is set in post apocalyptic future and the world is run by some machines and crazy terminator police forces. i really enjoyed the book but i don't think i ever finished it as it was in a vacation house. if anybody has any idea what these books are called it would help loads.
