Where should i go if i dont have insurance and i need a doctor?

i sprained my ankle playing softball and i need to go to a doctor but i dont have insurance. does anyone know a place thats not tooooooo expensive in norcross? im only 18 so money is kind of bad. ive been icing it and have one of my friends brace on it and have been walkin on my sisters old crutches. but it looks pretty bad.
