What is the MLA way to citing PDF files and Websites in a paper?

I've been on the MLA sites, but it's all too confusing to me, I like it when things are brief and clear, so on my Work Cited page, where I am putting every source that I have used, how do I cite my PDF files and Websites? And in the text as well when I insert a quote?
