Cheerleader and has questions bout tanning????

Ok so ihm 13 and never went to a tanning bed but i want to do mystic but if mystic turns you orange how long does it take to come off? And I really need to kno cuz nationals are next week and i need a tan cuz i hate being pale...ewww its gross.
