i found out the other day that everyone should relive bodily waste 3 to four times a day. i am lucky if i do that 3 to 4 times a week. i have been having trouble with my weight litterly gaining aroudn 3 pounds a week. i try and chang my diet and it doesnt help. i was wondering if this could be part of the problem. when i do go i hate to talk about this but it is large and i am really gy for the next 2 mornings
