Can I find an online owners manual for my Athletics Works sports watch?

I got this watch from a friend and I think he got it from Wal Mart. It looks to have a model number of AH1076. There's a number under that (98) that may or may not help identify it. I can't reset the time, date, or anything else without the manual.
