Hi..i m TTC for the past 3 months..but no +result.daily m checking cervical mucus?

daytime it seems to be dry even i am approaching ovulation..at nyt times when we try have BD cervical fluid is sticky(same as egge white) what is this?how can i differentiate the real mucus?what is the right time in a day to check CM?please help us
