Will there be a Halo 4?

I thought that there should be a Halo 4, you know with Master Chief, because at the end of Halo 3, Bungie implied that Master Chief died, but they didn't declare he died. He might of hung on and then drifted into deep space. So for Halo 4, MC should wake up on some secret covenant planet and have to find his way back to Earth or something. I don't know, I just like halo and want another Halo game.
