In the movie Martian Child, what song is playing when the two of them are dancing and Dennis says 'nice talk'?

The part when Dennis is doing these weird movements, and David is closing the door at the same time, and he opens it and starts doing the weird movements with Dennis, and then afterwards Dennis goes 'nice talk' and David types it two seconds later. Anyone know?
