Shes moving out ofstate and taking my daughter....?

We've been fighting for custody for 3 yrs. she's been reported 3 times to CPS and nothing has been done about it. Her doctors, physical therapist, and counselor and all written letters saying this would be a better environment but the judge went against it anyhow, with that battle putting us another $5000 in debt. We're out of money and my other 2 daughters are getting jipped out of their childhood. My ex will be held in contempt for the 2nd time at the end ofthis month but I hate to be the bad guy and put her in jail. I dont wantto take my daughter from her mother, but her mother is not playing fair. I'm about to give up on the judicial system
