Could we finally be seeing Scientology crumble?

Now I know this is really presumptuous, and I guess an attempt to tempt fate, but, can all these new allegations (and there are far more than what the news is showing by the way), be the beginning of the end for scientologists? Will we finally be seeing REAL investigations into the org? Or will they manage to sue their way out of the truth being released yet again?
