Has Obama enabled future Madoffs by bailing out the parasites?

would have been nicer to see the other companies grow that were not in a 7 to many zero's to count situation. their customers could have had a good benefit from the kind of $H$elp that was dished out and then proceeded to the other companies.then those companies would not have needed the help as well.GM would still be growing strong.(hypothetical example)
