Anyone ultrasound show echogenic bowel in their baby?

(bright bowel) it was the only marker found so far.. im gonna keep gettin routine ultrasounds to make sure everything goes okay... but the baby is also measuring a week ahead... i have one baby that had birth defects at birth but they werent hereditary... what was your outcome if ur baby had echogenic bowel? and that was all they saw?
