What do you do about a very nasty co-worker?

I work in a small office setting. We all share the bathroom. My co-worker often leaves poop and skid marks in the toilet. She comes to work sick, walks around with no shoes on, licks her fingers to clean her feet and is coughing all over the place. How would you address this situation?
