I wish things would go back to normal?

well i think my parents had a fight a few days ago....over absolutely nothing. they get like that sometimes. they wont talk or look at each other now and idk why. i feel so awkward. idk what to do. i know theyll eventually talk to each other soon....but i wish things would go back to normal. help?
