I'm a "healthy weight" but I want to cont. to lose fat and get in even better shape than i was..?
What are some ways I can achieve this? I'm 20, 5'6" and 153 lbs. As I was losing weight I was eating 1200 cals and exercising everyday (1hr. cardio + weights every other day)..I lost about 10 lbs. and am now back at a healthy weight. I want to continue to burn fat and get in to even better shape than I was before i gained weight...I'm upping my calorie intake to about 1500 a day and continuing my cardio routine (switching up the treadmill & bike) but is there anything else I should be doing? (I eat very healthy, although I do drink diet caffeine free soda) Thanks! :)
