I think my wife has obsessive compulsive disorder??

hey there, wel my wife has told me she has started thinkin about aloot of things lately. she says she could spell words backwards in her head for long periods of time,and go tru the alphabet backwards!!!!. up to an hour some times!!!! i just cvant understand it. everything must be perfect, cloths folded, belts put tru there hoops on my trousers and hers, etc etc, is there any sort of help she can get to help her tru this or overcome it? thank you folks,
