Future of the Indianapolis Colts under coach Jim Caldwell?

I think this guy is a special breed of coach. And I have a very good felling about the future of the Colts. Especially next season. Jim Caldwell is more of a motivator. And a real winner. Many other teams where considering him as a head coach until he made it clear that he was staying in Indianapolis. I am sad that Dungy left, but in a way I'm excited at the same time. I think Caldwell is the perfect choice for this team.
